loosely packed spinach - I usually just grab 3 hand fulls

avocado - chunked
1/4

red onion - diced
1/2
cup
black beans
1/4
cup
salsa
1 to
mato - sliced

cup
Anaheim chili pepper - diced
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
Cilantro lime vinaigrette, cilantro lime yogurt dressing or dressing of choice
Instructions
In a large bowl, add spinach, avocados, black beans, salsa, tomato, Anaheim chili peppers and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Top with cilantro lime dressing or dressing of choice.
