Honey Pecan Banana Bread

bananas - ripe and peeled

cup
brown sugar

honey
1/2
cup
butter - melted

eggs

teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoon
cinnamon
1 1/2
teaspoons
salt

cups
flour
1
tablespoon
baking powder
1
cup
milk
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
1/2
cup
pecan pieces - mixed in or half mixed in and half on top or all nuts on top.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a mixing bowl, combine bananas, brown sugar, honey, butter, eggs and vanilla and blend until smooth.
Combine milk and lemon juice then add to banana mixture.
Add cinnamon, salt, flour baking powder and blend until batter is smooth.
If mixing pecans into bread then add half of them into the batter or if keeping them on top then wait on adding them.
Pour batter into a greased bread pan and sprinkle top with pecans.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
Cover the top with aluminum foil if it begins to brown too quickly.
Allow bread to cool before removing from pan and slicing.
