Swedish Meatballs
Easy to make Swedish meatballs that go great over egg noodles.

Ingredients

medium yellow onion - diced

tablespoon
olive oil

teaspoon
salt

can cream of mushroom soup
1
can of water
1/8
teaspoon
nutmeg
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
dash of allspice

apple juice - apple cider can be used as well

tablespoon
apple cider vinegar
1/4
cup
sour cream

package frozen Swedish meatballs
1
package of egg noodles - cooked
1
tablespoon
butter

Instructions
Cook egg noodles, toss in butter or oil so they don't stick then drain and set aside.
Dice the onion and add it to a skillet along with olive oil and salt.
Cook until onion softens and begins to brown.
Add cream of mushroom soup, water, nutmeg, back pepper, allspice, apple juice, apple cider vinegar and sour cream and bring mixture to a boil.
Add frozen meatballs and simmer until meatballs are cooked through.
Serve over egg noodles.
