Pellet Grill Cornbread
This cornbread is delicious and the perfect summer or all year long side dish.

flour

corn meal

baking powder

salt

sugar

honey

butter

sour cream

eggs

Optional:

cup
corn that has been cooked in a pan with 1 tablespoon butter until golden and slightly caramelized
Instructions
Preheat pellet grill to 350 F.
Grease a 12 inch cast iron skillet or equivalent baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, add flour, corn meal, baking powder, salt, sugar, honey, butter, sour cream, eggs, milk and corn if using it.
Mix well then pour into pan and bake on the grill for 30-35 minutes or until the cornbread is baked through in the center.
