Cabbage Chow Mein

This delicious cabbage chow mein is low carb and full of delicious flavors!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cabbage - sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions - thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 teaspoon ginger root - minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic - minced

Instructions

  • Slice and prepare all vegetables.
  • Heat sesame oil in a large non-stick pan and add cabbage and green onions.
  • Cook until cabbage starts to soften.
  • Add soy sauce, ginger or ground ginger and garlic or garlic powder.
  • Stir until cabbage is mostly softened and everything is coated in sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy.
