Oatmeal triple chocolate chip cookies

Oatmeal chocolate chip with a delicious blend of white, milk and semi-sweet or dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter - room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashion oats
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and blend.
  • Add oats, flour, baking soda and salt together in a separate bowl.
  • Add flour and oat mixture into the butter mixture and blend until dough is all mixed.
  • Add white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate chips and blend well.
  • Cover and chill dough for 20 minutes. You can technically skip this step but it will help your cookies stay more uniform.
  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Roll into dough balls and bake for ~9-10 minutes, check at 8 minutes.
