1cupberry mixstrawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries or whatever berry mix you want to use. fresh or frozen
4teaspoonscoconut sugar - divided
1/2teaspoonlemon juice
2tablespoonscoconut oil or butter
1/2cupalmond flour
1teaspooncoconut flourgluten free baking mix will work too
pinchof salt
Instructions
Add berries, 3 teaspoons coconut sugar and lemon juice together and mix.
Add that mixture into the bottom of a small baking pan, mini casserole dish or glass bowl.
Add remaining 1 teaspoon coconut sugar, coconut oil or butter, almond flour, coconut flour and pinch of salt together and mix until it gets all chunky.
Add on top of the berry mixture.
If making in the microwave: cook for 2:30 or until berries are slightly bubbly.
If making in the oven, preheat to 350 F. and bake for 20 minutes or until berries are bubbly.
Optional, top with cool whip, whipped cream or ice cream.
