Healthy Berry Crumble For Two

Healthy, delicious and easy berry crumble, perfect to share with someone you love.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berry mix strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries or whatever berry mix you want to use. fresh or frozen
  • 4 teaspoons coconut sugar - divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour gluten free baking mix will work too
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add berries, 3 teaspoons coconut sugar and lemon juice together and mix.
  • Add that mixture into the bottom of a small baking pan, mini casserole dish or glass bowl.
  • Add remaining 1 teaspoon coconut sugar, coconut oil or butter, almond flour, coconut flour and pinch of salt together and mix until it gets all chunky.
  • Add on top of the berry mixture.
  • If making in the microwave: cook for 2:30 or until berries are slightly bubbly.
  • If making in the oven, preheat to 350 F. and bake for 20 minutes or until berries are bubbly.
  • Optional, top with cool whip, whipped cream or ice cream.
