molasses
frosting:
1/4
cup
butter
1 1/2
cups
powdered sugar
6
ounces
marshmallow cream
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
2
teaspoons
water
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Add oats into a food processor or blender and roughly blend.
Pour mixture into a mixing bowl and flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well.
Add molasses, butter, vanilla and eggs and blend mixture until dough comes together.
Roll dough into round balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes and then cool while you prepare the frosting.
To make the frosting; blend all ingredients together and blend until smooth, add more water to thin if desired.
Pipe frosting into middle of cookies and sandwich with another cookie.
