Grilled pork tenderloin

Ingredients

  • ~1 to 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
  • salt - season all sides with a good sprinkle
  • Pepper - season all sides with a dash
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or liquid aminos

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or smoker to 350 F.
  • Season the tenderloin with a good sprinkle of salt and black pepper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together molasses, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
  • Brush over pork tenderloin, save any extra sauce for brushing on during cooking.
  • Place on grill and cook for roughly 25-30 minutes (depending how thick your tenderloin is) or until a meat thermometer reads 150 F..
  • During the cooking you can brush on more of the sauce if desired.
  • Let meat rest for 10 minutes then slice and serve.
