Beef and Pea Stroganoff

I grew up on beef stroganoff! It’s one of my favorite comfort foods! This beef and pea stroganoff resembles my two of my childhood favorites! We used to eat brown gravy with peas over toast and I loved it too. I combined the two dishes and love how it tastes! This beef and pea stroganoff is a tasty, quick, easy and hearty dinner!

Ok ok, even with good lighting -which I didn’t have- there is no way to make this dish look beautiful, but it does taste so good and %100 resembles my childhood comfort food.
