Twice Baked Potatoes

These twice baked potatoes are decadent and delicious! They make the perfect dinner side dish and are perfect for Sunday dinners or fancy holiday dinners. They are soft and packed with fluffy, smooth baked potato centers and topped with melty cheese, green onions, sour cream and black pepper! It’s a totally baked potato upgrade!  

What you need to make twice baked potatoes:

serves 6 people

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 F.
  2. Wash potatoes and place them on a aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
  3. Bake for 60 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven, cool slightly, cut in half and scoop out the centers.
  5. Place centers into a large mixing bowl, add butter, salt and milk and blend until smooth.
  6. Spoon mixtures back into potato skin shells.
  7. Top with cheddar cheese, sliced green onions and bake for 15 minutes more.
  8. Top with sour cream and black pepper.
  9. Enjoy!
