Biscuits and Gravy Casserole

This biscuits and gravy casserole has all the goodness of biscuits and gravy but it’s packaged in a easy and convenient casserole dish.

It’s perfect for a holiday breakfast or brunch or to bring to a morning potluck. It has sausage, biscuits and a white gravy that gets added over the top after it’s been baked. The white gravy is a simple 5 minute gravy that anyone can make.

I love biscuits and gravy for breakfast or brunch, it’s super nostalgic to me so this dish has my heart.

I love homemade flaky biscuits, however, the premade Pillsbury Grand’s buttermilk biscuits I use in this recipe make it so easy and convenient! They taste great and it’s fun to see the layers puff up when this bakes up.

I you want to use homemade biscuits here is my biscuit recipe HERE and my white country gravy recipes is HERE.
