Rhubarb Lemon Sour Mocktail

I love a good mocktail and this rhubarb lemon sour mocktail is delicious! It has the rhubarb flavor that is so beautifully complimented by the lemon juice! The sugar rimmed glass is the perfect pop of sweetness to bring everything into harmony.

I love rhubarb flavor and it takes me back to my childhood when my grandpa would grow it in his garden. He always grew way too much and I just remember his house smelling like rhubarb! So when I found that Ikea makes a rhubarb flavored syrup I had to grab some and I am so glad I did.

You can make your own rhubarb syrup by cooking down rhubarb and adding sugar to it or you can find the premade syrup online or at Ikea.

This mocktail is super easy to make and is perfect if you want a alcohol free drink while still feeling fancy.
