Fresh Peach Cilantro Salsa
Super easy and delicious peach salsa!
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 large peach - peeled and pit removed diced into small chunks
- 2 tablespoons cilantro - diced
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder - more for a spicier salsa
- Generous pinch of salt
Instructions
- Dice you peach and cilantro and add to a bowl, add lime juice, honey, chili powder and salt and mix together.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
