Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake No Protein Powder

Super refreshing, delicious and healthy pumpkin spiced shake!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk - you can use whatever milk you want
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree - pure pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
