One Pot Meatball Beef Stroganoff
This beef stroganoff tastes delicious and is super easy to make and only uses one pot!

yellow or white onion

baby bella or white sliced mushrooms

beef stock

frozen meatballs

sour cream

whipping cream or milk

Worcestershire sauce

dry extra wide egg noodles
- about 8 ounces or 1/2 pound

cornstarch

Instructions
In a large pot, add olive oil, diced onion, sliced mushrooms, salt, black pepper, sage and stir over medium heat until onions start to soften.
Add bay leaves, beef stock, frozen meatball, sour cream, cream or milk, Worcestershire sauce, dry egg noodles and stir together.
Simmer for 7-9 minutes or according to noodle package instructions.
Whisk together cornstarch and water in a bowl then quickly stir into mixture and boil and stir until it thickens slightly.
Remove from heat, remove bay leaves and enjoy!
