Simple Sautéed Kale

Super easy and delicious, wilted kale with a touch of seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 6 handfuls chopped kale or one standard size bunch
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • pinch of salt
  • Pinch black pepper
  • parmesan cheese - optional

Instructions

  • In a large sauté pan, add kale, olive oil, butter, salt and pepper and heat over medium heat for about 6 minutes, stirring frequently or until kale wilts and softens.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!
