Lazy Fish Tacos

Super easy and delicious fish tacos!

Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas or flour tortillas - warmed
  • 16 frozen fish sticks - I try to use full fish no filler ones
  • 1 - 14.5 ounce can of black beans - rinsed and warmed up
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • Salsa of choice - Peach and Cilantro Salsa recipe HERE or recipe card below
  • Cilantro lime crema - recipe HERE or recipe card below
  • Lime wedges - optional
  • Fresh cilantro - optional
  • Cotija cheese - optional

Instructions

  • Cook fish sticks according to package directions, I love to air fry them on 400 F. for about 15 minutes.
  • Rinse black beans and warm them in the microwave or in a pot on the stove.
  • Prepare cabbage or buy the pre-shredded cabbage
  • Prepare toppings, make the salsa and crema.
  • Warm the tortillas by wrapping in a damp paper towel and microwaving 30 seconds or using a tortilla warmer if you have one.
  • Assemble however you like them and enjoy!
