corn tortillas or flour tortillas - warmed
16
frozen fish sticks - I try to use full fish
no filler ones
1 - 14.5
ounce
can of black beans - rinsed and warmed up
3
cups
shredded cabbage
Salsa of choice - Peach and Cilantro Salsa recipe HERE or recipe card below
Cilantro lime crema - recipe HERE or recipe card below
Lime wedges - optional
Fresh cilantro - optional
Cotija cheese - optional
Instructions
Cook fish sticks according to package directions, I love to air fry them on 400 F. for about 15 minutes.
Rinse black beans and warm them in the microwave or in a pot on the stove.
Prepare cabbage or buy the pre-shredded cabbage
Prepare toppings, make the salsa and crema.
Warm the tortillas by wrapping in a damp paper towel and microwaving 30 seconds or using a tortilla warmer if you have one.
Assemble however you like them and enjoy!
