Cinnamon Caramel Coffee Cake

Sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar on top after cake is baked - optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Prepare an 8x8 pan by spraying with nonstick spray.
In a bowl, add melted butter and sugar and mix.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix together again.
Add baking powder, salt and flour into the mixture, followed by the milk and stir together until everything is mixed well.
Pour batter into the grease pan.
In the same bowl you used for your batter, add brown sugar, salt, flour, butter and cinnamon and mix together with your hands.
Pour that mixture on top of your cake batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is risen and feel baked, the topping will sink into the cake and create a gooey center and bottom.
Sprinkle the top with ground cinnamon and a sprinkle of sugar.
Let it cool slightly then enjoy warm.
