Ingredients

  • 12 ounces oat milk - I love creamy oat milk or milk alternative of choice
  • 4 ounces firm tofu -liquid drained,1/2 cup
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds/hemp hearts
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1 heaping cup of ice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of choice

Instructions

  • In a blender, add oat milk or preferred milk alternative, tofu, hemp seeds, cocoa powder, ice and honey or sweetener of choice.
  • Blend until smooth and enjoy.
