- I love creamy oat milk or milk alternative of choice

firm tofu
-liquid drained,1/2 cup

hemp seeds/hemp hearts

cocoa powder

heaping cup of ice

honey or sweetener of choice
Instructions
In a blender, add oat milk or preferred milk alternative, tofu, hemp seeds, cocoa powder, ice and honey or sweetener of choice.
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
