If toasting coconut, place on a lined cookie sheet and place under broiler for 1-2 minutes or until coconut begins to toast, keep an eye on it, it can brown or burn quickly. Once toasted, remove from oven and add to bowl with cereal.

Add cereal to a bowl with toasted or non-toasted shredded coconut and hazelnuts and mix together.

In a small bowl, add chocolate hazelnut spread and coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds or until mixture is melted.

Pour over cereal mixture and sprinkle with salt then stir until all of the cereal is coated.

Add powdered sugar and stir until all of the ingredients are coated in powdered sugar.
