Harissa and Tahini Roasted Cauliflower

Delicious harissa spiced cauliflower that is tossed in tahini and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower About 5 cups cauliflower florets - cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon dried harissa seasoning or if using harissa paste1 tablespoon- 1 1/2 tablespoons - adjust to spice preference, 1/2 teaspoon will be mild
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, salt and harissa together and mix around well so spice is evenly distributed over cauliflower.
  • For an air fryer:
  • Add seasoned cauliflower to air fryer and cook on 400 F. for 12 minutes or until cauliflower is roasted and tender.
  • Place in a bowl and toss in tahini and lemon juice, Enjoy.
  • For oven baked:
  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Place on a lined cookie sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until cauliflower is roasted and tender.
  • Remove from cookie sheet and toss in tahini and lemon juice. Enjoy!
