Ingredients
1poundboneless beef short ribs or 1.5 pounds bone-in short ribs
1/4teaspoonChinese five spice
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonsdark soy sauce - any soy sauce will work
1/2cupbeef broth or stock
Instructions
In an instant pot, add short ribs, Chinese five spice, garlic powder, salt, soy sauce and beef stock and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes with a quick release.
Short ribs should be tender at this point, if your short ribs are still tough, add 5 minutes and cook on high pressure again.
Once short ribs are tender, shred or serve whole, if using a bone in short rib, remove the bone before serving.
