Grilled Steak and Nectarine Salad

Delicious Combination of grilled steak, fresh nectarines, croutons, spinach, feta and balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce steak filet - cut of choice I used sirloin in the salad pictured
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 4 cups spinach - chopped
  • 2 nectarines - pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons feta crumbles
  • 10 croutons - chopped so they are mostly crumbs
  • ~4 tablespoons balsamic glaze - store bought or homemade recipe for that below

Instructions

  • Season steak with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • Grill on 400 F. until desired doneness.
  • Let steak rest, then slice thinly.
  • Add chopped spinach to a plate or bowl, followed by a sliced nectarine, sliced steak, feta crumbles, chopped croutons and then top with balsamic glaze.
  • Serve and enjoy!
