Ingredients
6ouncesteak filet - cut of choiceI used sirloin in the salad pictured
Sea salt
Black pepper
4cupsspinach - chopped
2nectarines - pitted and sliced
2tablespoonsfeta crumbles
10croutons - chopped so they are mostly crumbs
~4 tablespoons balsamic glaze - store bought or homemaderecipe for that below
Instructions
Season steak with sea salt and black pepper on both sides.
Grill on 400 F. until desired doneness.
Let steak rest, then slice thinly.
Add chopped spinach to a plate or bowl, followed by a sliced nectarine, sliced steak, feta crumbles, chopped croutons and then top with balsamic glaze.
