Ingredients
4large tortillas or wraps of choice
4tablespoonsmayonnaise
2teaspoonsDijon mustard - optional
12slicesof deli meat - hamturkey, chicken or roast beef
8slicesof provolone cheese - or cheese of choice
2tomatoes - sliced - optional
1bag of Caesar salad mix - any variation worksI love the bacon Caesar salad
Instructions
Spread about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard on each tortilla or wrap.
Add the sliced deli meat down the center. about 3 slices per wrap.
Place 2 slices of cheese on top of the meat.
If adding tomatoes, add slices of tomato on top of cheese.
In a large bowl, add Caesar salad mix, dressing and all toppings together and stir well.
Add about 1/4 of the salad mix onto your wrap.
Start rolling on one end of the wrap so you roll up all of the ingredients into a pinwheel type roll with the ends open.
Slice into segments so you create rounds and place them on a serving dish so the center of the roll is visible. Of serve in full wraps without cutting.
