Grilled Chicken Gyros

These grilled chicken gyros are delicious, nutritious and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Greek grilled chicken recipe card is also at the bottom of the page
  • 6 pita breads
  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 jar sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • Kalamata olives optional
  • Tzatziki sauce or Ranch dressing recipe card for tzatziki is below

Instructions

  • Grill the chicken according to recipe directions then cut into bite sized pieces or strips.
  • Mix together all of the tzatziki sauce or ranch dressing and set aside.
  • Prepare all of the vegetables and toppings for these gyros.
  • Build the gyros with all your desired toppings and then top with sauce of choice.
  • Enjoy!
