large tomato sliced

small red onion - thinly sliced

can black olives
1
jar sliced pepperoncini peppers

feta cheese crumbled
Kalamata olives

Tzatziki sauce or Ranch dressing

Instructions
Grill the chicken according to recipe directions then cut into bite sized pieces or strips.
Mix together all of the tzatziki sauce or ranch dressing and set aside.
Prepare all of the vegetables and toppings for these gyros.
Build the gyros with all your desired toppings and then top with sauce of choice.
