Ingredients
10ouncesmarshmallows
1/4cupsalted butter
1cuppeanut butter
1/4cupsugar
5cupsrice crispies
For Chocolate Butterscotch Topping:
1 1/2cupsmilk chocolate chips
1 1/2cupsbutterscotch baking chips
1tablespoonssalted butter
Instructions
In a large microwave safe bowl, add the marshmallows and butter and microwave for 30 seconds.
Add the peanut butter and sugar and microwave another 1 minute and 30 seconds or until marshmallows are softened and gooey.
Mix together until peanut butter is mixed into the marshmallows.
Add the rice crispies and stir together.
Press the rice crispies into a 9 x 13 pan then set aside.
In a medium microwave safe bowl, add milk chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and butter to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, then stir and microwave for another 30 seconds then stir, until the chocolate and butterscotch are melted together and smooth.
Pour mixture over the rice crispy mixture and spread until it's smooth and evenly spread.
Let the chocolate butterscotch mixture cool and then slice and enjoy.
