Mediterranean Salad
This Mediterranean salad has cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta, red onions, herbs and more and is a delicious side dish or main course!

generous handfuls romaine lettuce
chopped

cucumber
peeled and diced

tomato
diced

red onion
diced or sliced

Kalamata olives
pits removed

feta

pepperoncini peppers

Dash of Italian herbs on top

Red Wine Vinaigrette

Instructions
Add all of the salad ingredients into a medium sized serving bowl.
In another bowl, add all of the salad dressing ingredients and whisk together.
Add dressing over the top of the salad and enjoy.
