These avocado and sundried tomato bites are delicious, easy to make and a crowd favorite!

Ingredients
Flat bread or baguette sliced into ~15 - 2 x 2 inch squares or sliced baguette rounds
1green onion - thinly sliced
1/3cupcilantro - chopped
1large avocado - pit removed and diced
1/3cupsundried tomatoes - diced
generous pinch of salt - more to taste
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonsundried tomato oilfrom the jar of sundried tomatoes
balsamic vinegar glaze drizzle on top, if you don't have a premade glaze, you can make your own by adding 2 tablespoons sugar to 1/4 cup vinegar and heating until sugar melts
Instructions
If making your own flat bread, make dough and then slice into ~15 pieces, bake and place onto serving dish, if using premade flatbread or baguette, slice and place on serving dish.
In a mixing bowl, add green onion, cilantro, avocado, sundried tomatoes, salt, olive oil and sundried tomato oil and mix together.
Taste and adjust salt if needed.
Spoon mixture onto flatbread pieces or bread pieces and then drizzle each piece with balsamic vinegar glaze.
