Roasted Cauliflower With Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients

head of cauliflower - cut into florets
olive oil
salt
For the dill sauce:
1/2
teaspoon
dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill - minced

tablespoons
mayonnaise
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
1
tablespoon
cream
1
pinch
of salt
1
tablespoon
grated parmesan cheese
1/2
clove
garlic
minced or a dash of garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Add cut cauliflower to a lined or greased baking sheet, drizzle it with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked.
In another bowl, mix together the dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream, salt, parmesan cheese and garlic then mix well.
Once the cauliflower is done roasting, add the cream sauce to the cauliflower and mix around well then enjoy.
