Roasted Cauliflower With Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower - cut into florets
  • olive oil
  • salt

For the dill sauce:

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill - minced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced or a dash of garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Add cut cauliflower to a lined or greased baking sheet, drizzle it with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked.
  • In another bowl, mix together the dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cream, salt, parmesan cheese and garlic then mix well.
  • Once the cauliflower is done roasting, add the cream sauce to the cauliflower and mix around well then enjoy.
