Sautéed Apples With Chicken Sausages
The sautéed apples and caramelized onions add such a great flavor to the chicken sausages in this dish.

- peeled, cored and diced

onion - diced
dash of salt

Dijon mustard

white wine vinegar

water

bacon bits

chicken sausages
premade sausages of choice
Instructions
In a sauté pan, add the oil, apples and onion and begin cooking until onions start to soften. about 3-4 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, mustard, white wine vinegar and water and then simmer apples and onions until the apples are softened and onions start to caramelize.
Add bacon bits to the mixture and serve over cooked sausages.
