Easy Boysenberry Turnovers

sheet puff pastry - thawed

boysenberries - fresh or canned

sugar

egg

tablespoon
water
Sugar for sprinkling on top
For the Glaze:
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
2
tablespoons
butter
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Pinch
of salt

tablespoons
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Roll out puff pastry and cut into 9 squares.
Toss berries in sugar and add about 1 tablespoon of berries to the center of each square.
Fold over and press together ends of dough.
Mix together egg and water and brush over the turnovers, followed by a generous sprinkle of sugar.
Bake for ~15 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
Mix together glaze ingredients and drizzle on top, enjoy!
