This small batch apricot jam makes 1 pint of delicious apricot jam!

apricots - pits removed

sugar

cup
water

lemon juice
1 1/2
tablespoons
pectin
the no sugar added one works great
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a sauce pan.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes then use an immersion blender to make the jam smooth.
Place into a clean jar then refrigerate and use within about 3 months.
