milk

white vinegar

salted butter - softened

For the whipped cream:
1 1/2
cups
whipping cream
1/3
cup
powdered sugar
For the strawberries:
16

strawberries - 1 package
sliced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
In a small bowl, add milk and vinegar and stir together then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add butter and sugar and mix well then add eggs and vanilla and stir again.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt and milk mixture and mix batter until it's smooth.
Grease pan and add batter.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the cake is risen in the center and baked through.
Cool cake completely.
Whip together the cream and powdered sugar.
Slice strawberries and sprinkle with sugar.
Top cake with whipped cream and strawberries and enjoy.
