Ham And Avocado Croissant Bake

This bake is filled with a base of chopped croissants, diced ham, provolone cheese, avocado slices and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants - cut into cubes
  • 1 cup ham - chopped
  • 1 cup provolone or cheese or choice- sliced and chopped
  • 1 avocado - sliced
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to preference

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Prepare all ingredients except for the eggs and milk then add them to a greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Sprinkle the top of the ingredients with a sprinkle of salt and pepper to preference.
  • Mix together the eggs and milk and a pinch of salt and pepper then whisk well.
  • Pour egg mixture over the dry ingredients then bake for 35-40ish minutes or until the egg is cooked though.
  • Serve and enjoy.
