Vegetarian Cheeseburger Meatballs
These vegetarian cheeseburger meatballs are the perfect vegetarian burger fix! They are great as a main course or as an appetizer.

For the meatballs:

Worcestershire sauce

onion powder

For cooking the meatballs:

flour for rolling meatballs in
olive oil
For the sauce:

ketchup

cup
pickle juice

teaspoon
mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F..
In a large bowl, add all meatball ingredients and mix together well.
Form into 12 meatballs or desired meatball size.
Mix together the sauce in a bowl and set aside.
Roll meatballs in flour and then heat a skillet with olive oil in it.
Brown meatballs on all sides then add the sauce and bake for 20 minutes.
