Air Fryer Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 cups coleslaw shredded cabbage mix
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic - minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 egg roll wrappers

Instructions

  • Mix together the coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, toasted sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce in a pan.
  • Saute for 4 minutes or until the vegetables soften slightly.
  • Spoon the mixture into the center of the egg roll wrappers and fold in the sides and roll them up. Seal the ends with a wet finger along the seam line.
  • Place in the air fryer and bake on 400 for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
