Air Fryer Egg Rolls

I love my air fryer! It cooks things super fast and gives them a great crunch, like a fried food without the grease! It’s the best! These air fryer egg rolls are super easy and tasty! Filled with shredded cabbage, carrots, garlic, ginger and other yummy flavors!

The recipe is below, but I will show you how to roll these in the following pictures.

Place the filling in the center of the egg roll wrapper.

Fold one end towards the center.

fold the sides towards the center, like you are folding an envelope.

Roll the folded end of the roll towards the open end.

wet your finger and wet the ends of the open end and fold it over to seal the roll.

Place in the air fryer and spritz with a little oil.

Bake on 400 F. for 10 minutes.

What you need to make air fryer egg rolls:

makes 6 egg rolls

  • 4 cups coleslaw shredded cabbage mix
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic – minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger or 1 1/2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for spraying on the egg rolls (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the coleslaw mix, shredded carrots, toasted sesame oil, garlic, ginger, honey and soy sauce in a pan.
  2. Saute for 4 minutes or until the vegetables soften slightly.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the center of the egg roll wrappers and fold in the sides and roll them up. Seal the ends with a wet finger along the seam line.
  4. Place in the air fryer, spray a little oil on the egg rolls (optional) and bake on 400 for 10 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!
