Ingredients

Chicken breasts

olive oil

garlic minced

teaspoon
dried oregano
2
teaspoons
dried parsley

teaspoon

black pepper

lemon sliced on top

cup
water
Instructions
Add olive oil and garlic to a oven proof pan and saute for 1 minute.
Leave the heat on medium-high and add chicken breast and sprinkle the tops with dried oregano, dried parsley, salt and black pepper.
Slice a lemon and lay the slices over the tops of the chicken.
Add 1/2 cup water and simmer on stove for 3 minutes.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncovered chicken and bake for 10 more minutes.
Spoon the sauce on the bottom of the pan over the tops of the chicken then
Broil for 3 minutes while spooning the sauce over the top every minute or so.
Remove from oven and let rest for about 7 minutes then enjoy.
