Almond Flour Crackers

Easy and delicious lower carb crackers!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon butter - cold butter - diced
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • In a bowl mix almond flour, whole wheat flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt.
  • Add cold butter and cut it into the flour, until it's a little smaller than pea size.
  • Add cold water a tablespoon at a time and mix, until dough forms a dough ball.
  • Place dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll out into a large rectangle to desired thinness.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • When crackers first come out of the oven, cut them into squares with a pizza cutter.
  • Let them coll and enjoy!
