Ingredients

almond flour
1/2
cup
whole wheat flour
1/3
cup
Parmesan
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
salt

tablespoon
butter - cold butter - diced
3
tablespoons
cold water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a bowl mix almond flour, whole wheat flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and salt.
Add cold butter and cut it into the flour, until it's a little smaller than pea size.
Add cold water a tablespoon at a time and mix, until dough forms a dough ball.
Place dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll out into a large rectangle to desired thinness.
Bake for 15 minutes.
When crackers first come out of the oven, cut them into squares with a pizza cutter.
Let them coll and enjoy!
