2 1/2cupsstrawberry yogurt yo-plait works the best but any brand, non-Greek yogurt, will work
1/4cupMilk and water
3eggs
1/4cupoil
For the Frosting and topping:
8ouncecontainer of cool whip - thawed
1cupstrawberry yogurt
2cupschopped strawberries
Instructions
Pre-heat oven o 350 F.
In a large bowl, add cake mix, strawberry yogurt, milk or water eggs and oil.
Whisk together until smooth.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until middle of cake is risen and toothpick comes out clean. (or at least the toothpick has no wet sticky batter on it, the crumb of the cake is slightly sticky)
Cool cake completely before frosting and topping.
To make the strawberry cream frosting, add the cool whip and strawberry yogurt together and gently fold until smooth.
Top the cooled cake with the frosting mixture, followed by fresh diced strawberries.
