Butter - melted

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
In a mixing bowl, mash bananas, butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
In another bowl, add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture as well as the milk and blend until smooth.
Pour into a greased banana bread pan and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and come out clean.
