Combine the almond flour, flour, baking powder, sugar and orange zest together in a large bowl.
Add cold butter into flour mixture and roughly mix it in, until pea sixed for larger chunks of butter are in the flour.
Add the eggs, orange juice, milk and orange extract to flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Dump mixture onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and form into a dome.
Add slivered almond on top and all around on the scone dome.
Mix together all of the glaze ingredients and set aside.
Bake scone 10 minutes, then add glaze on top of scones and bake for 12 minutes more or until center of scone is cooked and a toothpick comes out clean.
