Supreme Stuffed Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • Spaghetti sauce
  • mozzarella
  • bell peppers
  • bacon crumbles
  • pepperoni
  • green onions
  • black olives
  • sausage
  • mushrooms
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Slice spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds in the middle.
  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Fill cookie sheet with 3 cups of water and Place spaghetti squash cut side down on the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • Use a fork to loosen the squash strands.
  • Add ~1/3 cup spaghetti sauce to the spaghetti squash noodles and stir.
  • Add mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, green onions, black olives, bacon, pepperoni and sausage on top.
  • Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!
