large ripe bananas

apple sauce

coconut sugar

butter - melted

almond flour

white or wheat flour

tablespoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
nutmeg
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1-1/2
teaspoons
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
baking soda
Sprinkle of cinnamon on top
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add bananas and smash.
Add apple sauce and coconut sugar and blend together until smooth.
Add melted butter and stir.
Add almond flour, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder and baking soda and stir batter well.
Pour into a greased bread baking dish.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.
Bake for 1 hour.
Let cool mostly before slicing.
