Gluten Free Honey Oat Blender Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup gluten free baking mix
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Butter - melted can sub coconut oil or ghee if needed.
  • 1 cup Milk of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a blender add oats, gluten free baking mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Pulse mixture a little to break up the oats.
  • Add honey, eggs, butter and milk and blend mixture until smooth,
  • Scrape down the sides of the blender so all of the oat flour mixture gets incorporated.
  • Grease a bread pan and add the batter.
  • Smooth top of the batter.
  • Optional - Drizzle a honey on top and sprinkle with a few old fashion oats.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Allow the bread to cool slightly before cutting.
  • Enjoy!
