old fashioned oats

gluten free baking mix

Baking Powder

Baking Soda

Salt

Honey

Eggs

Butter - melted
can sub coconut oil or ghee if needed.

Milk of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a blender add oats, gluten free baking mix, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Pulse mixture a little to break up the oats.
Add honey, eggs, butter and milk and blend mixture until smooth,
Scrape down the sides of the blender so all of the oat flour mixture gets incorporated.
Grease a bread pan and add the batter.
Smooth top of the batter.
Optional - Drizzle a honey on top and sprinkle with a few old fashion oats.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Allow the bread to cool slightly before cutting.
