Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 2/3 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a bowl combine almond flour, flour, salt, baking soda and coconut sugar.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add molasses, butter, egg and vanilla.
  • Combine butter mixture and flour mixture together until a smooth dough forms.
  • Stir chocolate chips into the dough.
  • Spoon out 1 tablespoon balls onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let cool on cookie sheet.
