Mix almond flour, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together.
Add milk, tahini butter, vanilla and egg.
Blend batter together until smooth.
Line glass 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
For microwave method: Microwave on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The brownies will rise and when the middle pops up it's done. When you cut into them the tahini butter will run out, It slightly separates from the batter during the cooking process. Just scoop the tahini from the bottom of the parchment paper and put on top of your Blondie.
For the oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 35 minutes or when toothpick comes out without wet batter on it,
