Tahini Blondies

These tahini blondies are delicious! A late night sweet tooth totally inspired this dessert and I was so thrilled with how they turned out! The best part is you can cook them in the microwave and have gooey blondies in 4 minutes!!! I’m telling you these are life changing! You can also bake them in the oven and have delicious oven baked blondies too!

What you need to make healthy tahini blondies:

serves 6

2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk of choice
2 tablespoons Tahini butter (ground sesame seeds)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg

Instructions
  1. Mix almond flour, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together.
  2. Add milk, tahini butter, vanilla and egg.
  3. Blend batter together until smooth.
  4. Line glass 8 x 8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

For microwave method: Microwave on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The brownies will rise and when the middle pops up it’s done. When you cut into them the tahini butter will run out, It slightly separates from the batter during the cooking process. Just scoop the tahini from the bottom of the parchment paper and put on top of your Blondie.

For oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake for 35 minutes or when toothpick comes out without wet batter on it, the tahini will most likely be on the toothpick though.
