Healthy Blackberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces blackberries - fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil - melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a bowl, combine blackberries, coconut sugar and lemon juice.
  • Pour into a 8 x 8 glass baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, quick oats, vanilla extract, coconut sugar, salt and melted coconut oil.
  • Once mixed, pour over the top of the blackberries.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Mixture will be nice and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly then serve.
